Presently, we work in the urban and rural dwellings on the periphery of Amchang Wildlife Sanctuary, situated in Guwahati — a habitat where 50+ wild elephants meet a growing city. Where sanctuary meets street, specialized intervention is urgent.

Direct from the Field: Our Rescue & Recovery Missions

A Year-Long Fight to Save a Tusker

Working closely with the Forest Department and expert vets from Assam State Zoo, we've rescued numerous injured elephants — including a severely wounded tusker whose recovery from a devastating right hind-leg fracture spanned an entire year. Our team's on-ground intelligence and real-time updates ensured he received the precise care he needed to survive.

We deployed our deep local network to track the injured elephant across challenging terrain — ensuring he was never lost to sight.

We actively neutralized rumors and false alarms on the front lines, keeping the community calm and preventing panic.

We managed his environment daily — monitoring his health and securing his food supply — until he achieved a full recovery.

What We Are Building

Assam holds India's second-largest wild elephant population. As habitats shrink, human-elephant conflict rises daily. Our mission is to be the vital bridge between elephants and local residents — building a future of peaceful coexistence.

Deploying Rapid Response & Tech

Equipping local volunteer teams and launching a 24/7 dedicated crisis helpline centre to respond instantly to conflicts.

Mobile Veterinary Task Force

A specialized mobile unit featuring expert veterinarians to treat both wild (with prior Forest Dept. permission) and domesticated elephants directly in the field.

Research & Community Livelihoods

Mapping critical elephant corridors to prevent encounters, while funding community-led conservation initiatives that support local families.
